We had a wonderful few months full of celebrations with close family and friends, my parents and brothers and cousin flew out from FL for Sonam's first birthday party, we were all so grateful, it just wouldn't be the same with out them! Sonam has loved all the attention from her grandparents uncles and aunts, she got to stay home, sleep in and get absolutely spoiled!
Sonam has changed and grown so much the past couple of months, it's just been so much fun to watch how she discovers and explores the world around her! Sonam started walking right before her first birthday, she is communicating so much better with sign language (more, all done, milk, please...) she has started saying some words , "mama"," dada", "nana", "papa", "no", "peas" (please), "more", "bye" and of course "GO DUCKS"courtesy of her teachers :) She understand some Gujrati words as well..she's just a sponge soaks everything in!
