Food Wars

Feeding Sonam has become more of a challenge, she's become quite the picky eater and only eats what she likes and only on her own other wise it all ends up on the floor.  Her most favorite things to eat on her own are blueberries, cherrios, cucumbers.

Three more months to go and our little baby is going to be a toddler!  Sonam is truly the light of our lives, I can't say that enough!  She has grown so much and learned so much, she is extremely mobil..just all over the place, she pulls her self up and walks along whatever she's holding on to, and loves to play peek-a-boo and clap her hands to some nursery songs.   She love's to eat on her own, she absolutely hates it when we try to feed her,  favorite foods are, peaches, bananas, potatoes, yogurt and cheese.

Sunil's Birthday

Happy Birthday Sunil! This was a special year for Sunil, it's his first celebration since becoming a Dad, we had a few little get-togethers with some family and friends.  Sunil also shares his birthday with Samir, so it was fun having a few joint celebrations for both of the guys.  Firstly at there favorite Korean Restaurant, Second was at Benihaha (all time favorite for both) with family and lastly a small dinner/play date at our house!

Our very good friends, Gautam and Nithya were in town for a visit from NYC and stopped by, it was wonderful to see them and were very excited for the new addition in their lives.  Unfortunately, I didn't get to hang out with them for too long, but Sunil and Sonam had a great time seeing them.

Trip to Florida!

Sonam and I took our 2nd trip to Florida this year to see the family, everyone was so desperate and excited to see her, they spoilt her rotten, she was treated like a true princess with everyone at her beck and call!  Sonam is also a little over 8 months is these pictures and is amazing to see how much she's grown, she's Miss. Speedy Gonzales, she's all over the place and has developed quite a cheeky personality.  She's so much fun to play with, she absorbs everything going on around her and never fails to light up the room with her oh-so infectious smile!

Father's Day

It's Sunil's first fathers day and I feel terrible for not being here with Sonam, as we were in Florida, but we celebrated a few days early :) Sonam made him a very precious gift from school, she made him an ornament with her foot print...It's absolutely precious and Sunil LOVED it!

 

Milind's B-Day at the Park

We celebrated Milind's birthday at the park, it was so much fun to get the whole family and some friends together and watch all the kids run around and have a ball.
